How does Loan Eddy collect my personal information? We collect your personal information, for example, when you

Definitions

Affiliates. Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies. Our affiliates include financial service companies, such as sales finance and debt collection companies.

Nonaffiliates. Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies. Nonaffiliates include the retail seller providing your product/service and financial services companies, such as sales finance and debt collection companies.

Joint marketing. A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you. Our joint marketing partner(s) include nonaffiliated financial companies that we may partner with to jointly market financial products or services to you.

Changes to this notice: We may modify this Privacy Notice from time to time. When we make material changes to this Notice we will post a link to the revised Notice on the homepage of our site. You can tell when this Notice was last updated by looking at the date at the top of the Notice. Any changes to our Notice will become effective upon posting of the revised Notice on the site. California & Nevada Residents: We will not share information we collect about you with nonaffiliated third parties, except as permitted by the laws of your State, such as to process your transactions or to maintain your account. In addition, we will not sell your information to third parties.
